Eternal Memoirs provides instant-access digital services, including:

• Memorial page creation

• Token packages

• Annual subscription plans

• QR code generation

• Digital hosting and storage

Because these services are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Tokens

• Annual packages

• Add-ons

• Upgrades

• Any digital product or service offered on our platform

2. Subscription / Annual Plan Payments

Annual payments are non-refundable, even if:

• The user does not use their tokens

• The user does not complete their memorial

• The user changes their mind

• The memorial is removed due to Terms of Use violations

• The user selected the wrong plan

Users are responsible for ensuring they select the correct package.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you were double charged, we will investigate.
In confirmed duplicate cases, a refund may be processed.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem:

• We will assist in fixing the issue

• But this does not qualify for a refund

5. Chargeback Policy

If a customer files a chargeback with their bank:

• Access to the platform may be suspended

• The memorial may be temporarily removed

• We will dispute the chargeback with evidence

Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.
